Owning cattle means you’ll need to catch and hold them at times for things like deworming, vaccinations, dehorning, AI, and herd checks. Our headlock panels make this simple, easy, and safe because they are the very best in the industry.
Built with the animal and farmer in mind, features like the adjustable neck bar allow easy, tool-less operation to accommodate and catch any herd size while the down-cow feature safely ensures that no animal will be trapped if they fall and can’t get their footing in the handle unlocked position.
These panels are designed and fabricated in the USA from 12 gauge, 1.9″ high tensile tubing and hot-dipped galvanized or dipped painted after fabrication to be the most user-friendly and longest-lasting headlock panels your hard-earned money can buy.

So Easy to Operate
Our headlocks make it so easy to catch, treat, de-worm, start calves, sort and wean, herd-check, AI and much more thanks to our unique design. You can lock an entire row of headlocks at the same time with the turn of a handle or you can catch and lock an individual cow by flipping a lever and moving the neck bar into the locked position.
So Easy to Adjust
The adjustable neck bar makes our headlocks able to be used with any size cow and even calves. The neck bar has 4 possible positions - 5", 6", 7" & 8" to cover any herd.
The neck bar can be adjusted by simply pulling down and moving the pin to another hole or by rotating the head which is offset, giving you 4 possible positions.

Face Clamp for Steel Posts
If you are mounting your head-locks to the face of a round steel post, there is no better way than to use our simple face clamp.
Clamp with Stub for Steel Posts
Welding to steel posts, especially hot-dipped galvanized posts, can be a challenge. We make it easy to mount your head-locks to steel posts with our bolt-on clamps.
Face Clamp for Wood Post
Our face mounting clamp for wood posts is designed to not interfere with the control bar. It securely clamps the panel using only a single 1/2″ bolt.
Plate with Stub for Wood Post
The plate w/stub, has a 1 5/8″ od x 6″ insert, giving you plenty of adjustment to easily mount your panels between wood posts.
